Can’t access an experiment?

Please make sure you have completed the experiment that comes before the one you are trying to access. You will receive the password for the next experiment after finishing the previous one.

The password may still be saved in your clipboard. Please try the following:

1. Try pasting the password into the password field:
   • Windows: Ctrl + V
   • Mac: Cmd + V
   You can also right-click and select Paste.
2. If the correct password is not pasted, you can check your clipboard history:
   • Windows 10/11: Windows key + V
   • Mac: Press Cmd + Space, then type “Clipboard”

If you are still unable to access the experiment, please contact us at emma.asselman@ugent.be.

You do not need to include your Participant ID in your message. We will ask for it only if necessary.
